hai007 e458d6afaa This fixes a discrepancy between the C++ and Java version of the ToFourDigitString() function, given byte array inputs that include negative signed byte values. 
Added a unit test to verify that the output with negative signed bytes in the input will result in the same output as the Java version.

hai007 7c8071e847 Add begin()/end() to ByteArray. 
This allows this type to meet the requirements of e.g.
std::ranges::range, which is necessary for it to work with the
std::span range constructor, or the "non-legacy" constructor for
Chromium's base::span.

Fixes a number of IWYU problems along the way, to silence checks.
