hai007 3a4f4cde9f Avoid manually forward declaring BoringSSL types 
Per go/cstyle#Forward_Declarations. BoringSSL already provides a forward declarations header. Also tidy up the source file's includes. It seems to only use symbols in aead.h.

hai007 c26a53e384 1. log connectionTokens into ClientSession 
2. In 1:1 share, this connectionToken value will be the same as that one in the ConnectionAttempt (same as the BandwidthUpgradeAttempt or the EstablishedConnection).
3. In group share, this connectionToken value will be the combination of all the connectionTokens in above point 2 (separated by comma).

2. In NS, passing the saved advertising flow id into NC so the client_flow_id in receiver side could be the same as the NS one, which could have the correct records mapping between the NS and NC.
