Per go/cstyle#Forward_Declarations. BoringSSL already provides a forward declarations header. Also tidy up the source file's includes. It seems to only use symbols in aead.h.

2. In 1:1 share, this connectionToken value will be the same as that one in the ConnectionAttempt (same as the BandwidthUpgradeAttempt or the EstablishedConnection).
3. In group share, this connectionToken value will be the combination of all the connectionTokens in above point 2 (separated by comma).
