Create a Device Object for Hotspot Client to avoid being disconnected by Hotspot.

Without creating a Device Object for the connection from a Hotspot Client, [Microsoft-Windows-WLAN-AutoConfig] may think it is a malign device and will disconnect it after 2 minutes, which will also causes Hotspot being deleted eventually.
