Enable the six migrated plugins at project scope and retain explicit disabled entries for the old marketplace. The local DebugBadger pilot has been promoted to a project installation. Validation: a fresh Claude Code session loaded all six new plugin identities, their commands and agents, the migrated hooks and all four MCP services. Read-only schema discovery passed without device actions or service writes.
