Janusz Sobczak 974d4b357c Skip SDP check for FP rfcomm connection on Windows 
The SDP checks fails but rfcomm connection works.
Skipping the SDP check does not seem to have any ill side effects.

hai007 80ddcbe0fc Fix a crash when reading file on Windows platform. 
Suspect the file was corrupted when sending to receiver side. Check if it is good first, then peek. By this way, the crash maybe avoid. For further protection, add exception protection here.

Nick Bourdakos 3c72e4f40c Fix EXC_BAD_ACCESS crash when calling payload delegate methods. 
Objective-C objects cannot be captured by reference in C++ lambdas and must always be captured by value.

This also takes a copy of the data returned from the Wi-Fi LAN reader, to prevent potential intermittent empty packet issues.
